Carbon black has been used as a reinforcing agent in tires and because of its unique properties; the uses of carbon black have expanded to include pigmentation, ultraviolet (UV) stabilization and conductive agents in a variety of everyday and specialty high performance products.
It is used in Tires and Industrial Rubber, Plastics- (used for conductive packaging, films, fibers, moldings, pipes and semi-conductive cable compounds in products such
as refuse sacks, industrial bags, photographic containers, agriculture mulch film, stretch wrap, and thermoplastic moulding applications for automotive, electrical/electronics, household appliances and blow-molded containers), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Compounds, High Performance Coatings, Toners and Printing Inks.

1 | CARBON BLACK HAF | N330 | Carbon Black N330 carbon black is a standard for many tire applications, including both tread & carcass applications. It imparts moderate wear resistance to all tire tread rubbers, while exceptionally easy to disperse & extrude. |
2 | CARBON BLACK GPF | N660 | Carbon Black N660 carbon black is a semi-reinforcing black that can be used in various tire carcass applications with good processing & extrusion characteristics. N660 is also a cost effective replacement for SRF carbon blacks. It offers almost similar processing and improved reinforcement than SRF. |
3 | CARBON BLACK SRF | N762/774 | A low surface area and structure grade used in applications requiring minimal hysteresis and reinforcement that provides excellent processibility in numerous rubber goods. |
4 | CARBON BLACK ISAF | N220 | Carbon black N220 is used in tread compounds of truck tire, passenger tire and high strength high abrasion rubber products, such as high strength conveyor belt and industrial rubber articles etc. |
5 | CARBON BLACK FIBER GRADE | It is a specialty carbon black offering excellent cleanliness along with good color strength and blue tone for synthetic fibers. Carbon black provides competitive advantages to fine-denier synthetic fiber spinners and masterbatch color concentrate producers.
6 | CARBON BLACK P TYPE | P-type specialty black that meets all ISO standards for fully-formulated pipe compound. Its high cleanliness characteristics also make it suitable for film and sheets applications.
7 | CONDUCTIVE BLACK | It is conductive carbon black which offers increased compatibility, improved dispersion and better processing. Provides longer screen life, enhanced color development and reduced scrap. It is suitable to be incorporated into thermosets or thermoplastics for color, tint, or functional characteristics. It is recommended for wire and cable, electrostatic discharge, and other conductive applications.
8 | NIGROSINE DYE BLACK | SB 7 | It is recommended for bakelite powder, bakelite cloth rubber, plastic and leather, raw material of leather shoes oil, carbon paper and insulating paint resin coloring, plastic coloring (temp. over 280C of Nylon, ABS etc), leather and fur coloring, printing ink, stationery (especially ball-pen ink), positive charge control agent in electrostatic printing powder etc. |
9 | CARBON BLACK (Universal Grade) | It is a specialty carbon black offering excellent cleanliness along with good color strength for Universal application. Carbon black is compatible in engineering polymer, Poly-olefin, etc |
